Paul and Susan served as pastors on staff at Koinonia Christian Fellowship for 15 years. Their vision is to empower the church to live purposefully, influence powerfully and lead passionately in their world.

Susan founded and directed THE KiDZONE for 14 years. She also established Camp Dunamis serving 80-100 community kids annually. She raised up new leadership and transitioned out of the KZ Director’s role in 2008. Paul served on staff as the youth and young adults pastor for 15 years. He also taught and directed the internship program for 6 years focusing on leadership, world-view and theological studies. Paul is now the Director of Ministries for the Gideons International in Canada.

Paul and Susan run a leadership consulting business called in2possibility where they host corporate leadership events for executive teams and deliver keynote presentations at conferences and events. Paul loves coaching Waterloo Warhawks Football and racing his car at the Shannonville Speedway. Susan loves participating in triathlons, laughing with friends, travel, and all things Starbucks. They have been married 16 years and have 3 children.
