Paul and Susan served as pastors on staff at Koinonia Christian Fellowship for 15 years. They continue to attend and serve at Koinonia as volunteers leading life groups and teaching in the leadership school. Their vision is to empower the church to live purposefully, influence powerfully and lead passionately in their world. Susan founded THE KiDZONE, the largest attended after-school kids program in Kitchener and directed the KiDZONE for 14 years. She also established Camp Dunamis serving 80-100 community kids annually. She raised up new leadership and transitioned out of the KZ Director’s role in 2008. Susan continues to volunteer for KiDZONE. Paul served on staff as the youth and young adults pastor for 15 years. He also taught and directed the internship program for 6 years focusing on leadership, world-view and theological studies. Paul and Susan own their own leadership consulting business called in2possibility where they host corporate leadership events for executive teams. Paul loves coaching Waterloo Warhawks Football and racing his car at the Shannonville Speedway. Susan loves participating in triathlons, laughing with friends, travel, and all things Starbucks. They have been married 15 years and have 3 children.
